After School Activities


Several after school opportunities are available to students. Some are at Edgewood, others are elsewhere in the community.

Check back in the fall for program dates. Descriptions of past programs are below for reference.

At Edgewood

Kids Yoga

Yoga-528In these fun and active classes kids will stretch and energize their bodies and their minds through individual and group poses, mindfulness games and creative relaxation techniques. Packed with playfulness, positivity and fun, these classes give kids the tools they need to manage their behaviors to lead happier, healthier and more peaceful lives. For more details visit

After-school 8-week singing class

8-Week Art exploration class

Spanish class

Coyote Kids


Your child will explore skills in bushcraft, naturalist skills, nature hikes and cooperative awareness games-children work together in small groups gaining knowledge of plants, mammals, tracking, birds, and survival, as well as increasing their overall nature awareness.
