Help with School Directory

Data entry help needed with School Directory!

We are in the midst of putting together the student directory, but could use a few volunteers who are willing to help with data entry at home.  It is an easy task, but time consuming for one person, so it’s ideal to share the load  and  it is a great way to support the school while working from home.  Please let the office know if you are interested!  We would like to get the directories out before the holidays.

Help with Edgewood’s Snack Pack Program

The Edgewood Village Snack Pack Program offers a supply of meals and snacks for around 20 children over their weekends and extended breaks, free of charge. Bags are distributed on the last school day before the weekend or break by parent volunteers.  This program can use volunteers to assist with weekend distribution, food drives, and packing and sorting bags.  If you are interested, please sign up at http://signup.com/go/mkvhzGC, and email gayle.lb.sawyer@gmail.com for details.

Donate to the Edgewood Garden!

Edgewood Community Elementary School garden is looking for a few tools for summer maintenance. We need:

  • a gas powered weed eater
  • a gas powered lawn mower

If anyone is thinking of upgrading this summer, please consider us. These would need to be in good working order as we are staffed with volunteers. Thank you!
