PTA MEETING – TONIGHT (1/20)!  6:30-7:30 - library
Hello Everyone!
 Please join us for our PTA meeting on Tuesday Jan. 20th for 630-730 pm in the school library. We will talk about Fun Night and our school auction. Childcare will be provided by the YMCA and pizza will be provided for children in the childcare and parents joining the meeting. We hope to see you there!

Edgewood Apparel Store open through January 30!
 Our apparel store is open through Friday, January 30!  Orders will then be processed and arrive mid to late February.  This will be the last time the store is open this year, so be sure and get your Edgewood Apparel!

 Please contact the office at bunson_t@4j.lane.edu if your student would benefit from having a scholarship for their Edgewood Apparel. We will need to know things like style, size and color by January 28th at the latest.
 
Edgewood Fun Night is coming – let’s talk Sponsorships!

Edgewood Fun Night is Edgewood's Annual Carnival featuring carnival games, prizes, raffle baskets, food trucks, face painting, balloon animals, cotton candy, a hair salon, a treat trot, a wine wall, a used book store, and more!
In the coming weeks you'll be getting a lot of information about Fun Night. In the interim there are a few ways you can help right now!
 
1. BECOME A SPONSOR: Fun Night is not only a fun community event, but it also serves as a fundraiser for our school. Last year we raised more than $17,000! Sponsorships are an amazing way to support our efforts while getting your name out into our community. Sponsorships come with a variety of perks, depending on your level of support. Please see the attached document for more info and email edgewoodfunnight@gmail.com if you have any questions! 
 
2. JOIN THE FUN NIGHT TEAM:  Fun Night requires a high level of volunteer involvement to be successful. We have jobs ranging from big to small and we really appreciate all the help we can get! If you are interested in supporting our efforts, please reach out to edgewoodfunnight@gmail.com.
 
Keep your eyes peeled for more info about Fun Night in the coming weeks. This is a big community event and we couldn't pull it off without you -- thank you so much for your support!

Electronics Recycling Competition
Edgewood is participating in the Electronics Recycling Competition!  Students, families and staff can participate.  Start collecting your e-waste and stay tuned for more details on how and when to drop it off.

Parenting Healthy Pre-Teens
Please see the flyer for two upcoming Parenting Healthy Preteens groups.  These are designed for caregivers of preteens in 4th-6th grade, and are offered at no cost.

  We would love for all families to create an account on Parentsquare as we use it for school communications from the front office.
